a trip, you can tap into our resources and use one of our pilots as a substitute. We also keep them current with our
approved pilot training courses. We have also utilized a website; www.pilottracking.com, that tracks all pilot currency
including medicals, company checks and training. We provide access to this website FREE of charge to all companies we
manage.
Flight Release – We have a 24/7 year round flight release eliminating your need to hire additional staff.
Hotel / Car Rental Reservations – We have staff that will take care of ALL your travel needs from 5 Star hotel and rental
car reservations to in-flight catering.
Computerized Maintenance Tracking - Some companies spend substantial amounts on maintenance tracking. Private Jets
maintains a high standard in maintenance tracking which is fully computerized.
Fuel Costs – Fuel costs can be astronomical if not paid attention to. We have contract fuel options available. We have
staff that keeps track of the latest fuel prices and can locate the lowest rates anywhere around your destination.
F.A.A - Our management team has a great relationship with and will be your liason with the Federal Aviation
Administration.
Tax Benefits - Placing your aircraft on our certificate will turn your aircraft into a “for profit BUSINESS” when viewed
by the IRS. This opens the door for additional tax relief. If you do not wish to charter your aircraft we can work with
your accountant and attorney to ensure that you are operating under the correct structure to obtain maximum tax benefits.
Safety - Safety is always the primary objective in our industry, and at Private Jets we never lose sight of that. When
you place your aircraft under Private Jets Programs, the regulatory responsibility will be shifted from you, the owner
of the aircraft to Private Jets. This puts the burden of compliance on our shoulders. As the plane owner, your risk is
greatly minimized because you have a company dedicated to your best interests and the interests of safety.
Training - The Private Jets training program is a comprehensive program tailored to the needs of our clients. We have
the capability to complete all training with instructors and check airmen on staff. Our training program can be extremely
FLEXIBLE and we can provide training at our location or at yours. In the past 10 years, Private Jets has trained over 100
airmen in 22 different aircraft. Our program has been PROVEN to be effective.
